The Covid-19 Crisis has posed unprecedented challenges for our society, and acutely for the Long Term Care Industry. The changes that have occurred since the onset of Coronavirus are only the beginning of a profound shift in the way we interact and communicate with our customers. Skilled Nursing Facilities’ communication strategies and tactics must continue to evolve during the present Covid environment, as well as the transition to the new Post-Covid “normal”. This webinar will address the recent and continuing changes in customer experience and marketing communications, and address tools and strategies which will be necessary to adapt and succeed in the evolving Customer Engagement environment.
