Does your medical record documentation by your nurses support the level of services being provided in your facility? Does the documentation paint a clear picture of the care that is being given? Is your MDS accuracy in question due to a lack of documentation by your nursing staff? This presentation will guide you through the key components of a quality nurse note that can support your facility during the survey process, pre/post-payment reviews, litigations, and assist in both reimbursement and Quality Measures.
- Attendees will be able to state at least 3 aspects of a quality nurse note.
- Attendees will be able to state at least 3 of the most common charting errors.
- Attendees will be able to state how PDPM payment can be impacted by a lack of documentation.

How to Attend
Join the live program from your office, home, or hotel room using a computer with high speed internet. You may ask questions, participate in surveys, and post comments from your computer during the program. Please note that credit (if available) is only provided to registered attendees participating at their own computer and phone. Simple instructions with a link to the program will be sent when you register and again the day before the webinar.
