Summary

The development and enhancement of interpersonal Communication skills can dramatically improve business outcomes across disciplines. Well-formed strategic objectives can inform tactics that support a cohesive approach to customer engagement, which supports the organizational mission. This session will discuss short and long-term goal setting which aligns with ethical and effective communication strategies. Specific communication techniques will be addressed which can foster more effective conversations among internal, as well as external customer groups. While many of these communication devices originate from Professional Selling, their application in other settings can also impact business outcomes.
