Summary

LONG before the pandemic, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, as well as other types of post-acute care providers were in a recruitment & retention crisis. There is little reason to believe that things will get any easier in the near future.

If anything, Covid-19 has amplified the need to improve the quality of outreach, interviewing, first days’ strategies, and retention processes and barriers.

In this four-part webinar series, ‘on-the-ground/real world’ strategies will be offered that can immediately be implemented. Presented in an upbeat manner, attendees will be inspired to make the changes important to their facility's success.
