Assisted Living Communities (Residential Care Facilities - RCF) in Ohio have the unique challenge of balancing requirements to achieve a successful survey with a resident-centered social model.
During this comprehensive day-long program we will provide a detailed discussion on RCF rules, review the top RCF citations, and share proactive ideas on how to avoid these citations in the future. In addition, we will discuss challenges, questions, and list ways to prepare yourself, your staff, and your organization for success.
Those registered for the live virtual event will receive a complimentary copy of OHCA's RCF Survey Manual, RCF Rules, and tips & tools on creating your community-specific survey preparedness binder.
Have your executive team join us for an interactive session on RCF Rules, survey preparation, how to think like a surveyor, and embrace the survey process!
