In the Hospice Final Rule for fiscal year 2021, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) finalized modifications to the hospice election statement and election statement addendum, which are effective October 1, 2020. During this complimentary OHCA hospice member webinar we will review the changes and addendum requirement, dispute resolution processes for non-covered services and discuss steps hospice providers should be taking in preparation.
