While PDGM is top of mind as a new payment system, the reality is that even more change is on the way. Strategic leaders must prepare for the Unified PAC PPS, accelerating value based payment initiatives, risk based contracting, review choice demonstration and pre-claim review and meaningful participation in population health initiatives. While it may sound daunting, the good news is that preparing operations and clinical modeling for success under PDGM will also prepare you for these additional, future challenges. This presentation provides both an easy to understand explanation of the big strategic picture of our industry as well as concrete, digestible and actionable strategies to help your agency succeed under PDGM and beyond.
- Participants will understand changes anticipated in market dynamics in anticipation of accelerated value-based payment and the Unified PAC PPS.
- Participants will be able to relay specific success strategies for PDGM Episode Management and key departmental actions for success.
- Participants will be able to identify opportunities for advancing the use of predictive analytics, gaining insights into intelligent care management.
