This session will discuss why Resident Condition Changes must be quickly recognized, acted upon and documented. Our actions and documentation is the difference in preventing poor resident outcomes, survey deficiencies and indefensible lawsuits.
In this session the attendee will:
- Recognize and act upon high risk condition changes
- Apply the techniques taught to facilitate quality care and documentation
- Defend the care that was provided to residents with pertinent documentation and discussions with the doctor, resident and family members.
