This presentation will guide you through the key components of a quality nurse note that can support your facility during survey process, pre/post-payment reviews, litigations, and assist in both reimbursement and Quality Measures.


  1. Attendees will be able to state at least 3 aspects of a quality nurse note.
  2. Attendees will be able to state at least 3 of the most common charting errors.
  3. Attendees will be able to state how PDPM payment can be impacted by a lack of documentation.
