Summary

In this session, a brief overview of the Five-Star Quality rating system will be provided, exposing the strategy of the emperor and unveiling the weapons in the arsenal that are needed to rescue your facility. This journey through the stars will transport attendees through the chaotic darkness of Planet MDS and provide safe approaches to MDS management before related Quality Measures are permanently scarred.

Hospital readmission, emergency room visits and successful discharges are key battlegrounds that facilities must conquer to lay stake to their claims. Strategies will be revealed on how to take the lead in these areas to stop the Empire’s claims from exiling your facility.
